Our Motorhome is covered by comprehensive motor insurance; this applies to Europe as well. However, the policy does not cover your personal items so we recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover you in the event that you lose or damage any of your personal possessions as we cannot be held responsible for any personal items.
You can pay via bank transfer or cheque. A 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking with the remaining balance payable 8 weeks prior to the hire date. If the hire date is less than 8 weeks in advance then full payment must be made on booking. A £500 deposit bond is required 1 week prior to hire.
The security deposit/bond is refundable upon return of the Motorhome on time, undamaged, with a clean cooker/oven & interior & with the chemical toilet cassette cleaned & emptied. In the event of damage to our vehicle (internally or externally) the £500 or part of would go towards the repair. Should the repair be in excess of £500 towards our insurance excess. For any insurance claim or accidental damage (internally or externally) £500 is your maximum liability.

Yes, we hire out all year round. Our motorhome is equipped with dual fuel (gas & electric) heating which is thermostatically controlled, so even in the depths of winter you can rest assured that you will keep toasty warm.
No, we provide duvets, bed linen and towels.
Anyone between the ages of 25-75 with 2 years driving experience and a clean licence.
No, smoking is not permitted in our motorhome.
Provided that all drivers meet our usual eligibility criteria (as per our Terms & Conditions of Hire) and we can inspect original driving licences on collection of the vehicle we have no objection to there being a number of drivers for the motorhome during your hire. There is no additional cost to you for extra drivers.
Well behaved dogs are welcome. You must bring your own dog bed and dogs are not allowed on the furniture.
The motorhome is available from 2pm on the day of hire and must be returned by 11am. We generally hire Sat-sat / Fri-Mon (weekend), although please contact us for alternative changeover days as we are flexible depending on bookings.
You can leave your car on our drive while you are holidaying in our motorhome or alternatively we can deliver the motorhome free of charge within a 20 mile radius of Chorley. Delivery is subject to availability and needs to be arranged at the time of booking.
Your full driving licence. As we will require confirmation of your endorsements or lack of we will need to access your online DVLA record. This can be done with the use of your National Insurance number via this link: https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence Once you have logged in, please select the “Share your licence information” option and select “Create a code”. This code is valid for 21 days and must be emailed to us a week prior to your hire date. Two proofs of address – These can be utility bills, bank statements or credit card bills, however they do need to be dated within the last 60 days.
Our motorhome comes with an easy to use guide which covers all equipment from oven to heating to the TV for our customers ease. You will also be given a comprehensive demonstration upon collection. If you need further assistance please call us or if it’s a minor problem please use our text facility for a swift response after 9pm.
Keep calm – accidents happen! Fill in the accident form located in the glove box and call us to advise what damage has occurred. We will then give you further instructions.
If you cancel your hire then we shall endeavour to re-let the vehicle to another client. If we are able to do so, then you will get a full refund of monies paid less an
administration charge, currently £50.00. If we are unable to do so, the Hirer will be liable to pay the administration charge plus costs on a scale proportionate to the length of time before
the hire commences, as set out below :-
We may be able to offer a credit note to offset against a future hire, depending on the circumstances. Hirers are advised to obtain their own insurance cover to safeguard against such losses.
Yes, Crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils are included. As is washing up liquid. Dish cloths, tea towels, kitchen roll, cleaning fluid & toilet roll.
Yes, if your child legally needs a car seat in a car you will need to bring your car seats with you. The travelling seats have standard seat belts.
Although the motorhome can sleep 6 people, there are only 5 travelling seats. We can only hire the motorhome to parties of 5 or less, including children and babies.
