Motorhome Hire FAQs

We've put together a list of our most Frequently Asked Questions.
If you have a question that isn't listed, or need any further information, please contact us.

Q: Are the Motorhomes fully insured?

Our Motorhomes are covered by comprehensive motor insurance; this applies to Europe as well. However, the policy does not cover your personal items so we recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover you in the event that you lose or damage any of your personal possessions as we cannot be held responsible for any personal items.

Q: How do I Pay?

You can pay via bank transfer or cheque. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking with the remaining balance payable 8 weeks prior to the hire date. If the hire date is less than 8 weeks in advance then full payment must be made on booking. A £500 deposit bond is required 1 week prior to hire.

Q: Why do you require a security deposit/bond of £500?

The security deposit/bond is refundable upon return of the Motorhome on time, undamaged, with a clean cooker/oven & interior & with the chemical toilet cassette cleaned & emptied. In the event of damage to our vehicle (internally or externally) the £500 or part of would go towards the repair. Should the repair be in excess of £500 towards our insurance excess. For any insurance claim or accidental damage (internally or externally) £500 is your maximum liability.
